Rocksteady Fridays is a musical presentation by Fitzroy Francis featuring the classic sounds of Rocksteady 5 PM – 7 PM on Fridays. Rocksteady genre is successor of Ska and a precursor to Reggae which originated in Jamaica around 1966. Rocksteady was the dominant style of music in Jamaica for nearly two years and represents one of the greatest era in Jamaica’s music history.
