Her childhood musical passion reignited in the late 90s, spinning tunes in online chat forums alongside fellow music enthusiasts. In 2003, while serving in the US Army in Germany, she seized her first break in online radio, setting the stage for a remarkable career. Post-service, she continued to captivate audiences on various online radio platforms as a broadcaster before launching her own venture, Global Linkz Radio, in January 2011.

A true connoisseur of musical genres and an avid collector of tunes, Phyllis, also known as Empress Skortcher, channels the essence of radio for listeners worldwide. Behind the scenes, she’s the driving force, orchestrating smooth operations through programing, coordination, and networking with broadcasters, listeners, and stakeholders alike.
